About

I am a Multidisciplinary Designer, Maker & Artist. My journey in design and making began in family's Furniture business in Mombasa, Kenya. I spent my early years taking on a variety of furniture projects ranging from bespoke to mass production and residential to commercial.

Having a holistic understanding of wood manufacture & operations management, I went on to develop my practice in the UK. I took on a Furniture & Product Design degree at Nottingham Trent University. Upon graduating in 2019 I was awarded ‘Product of the year at London Design Festival - 100% Design’ for my Weave Chair. My journey ever since has led me to run my creative practice in London.

I am open to taking on furniture & product commissions, managing short term production projects, training a team of designers & makers and offering design consultation on creative projects.
